Terms of Service

Last updated: February 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawChart ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

ClawChart is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to visualize OpenClaw agent configuration files (openclaw.json) as interactive node graphs, browse the ClawHub skills directory, and run client-side security audits on their configurations.

The Service operates entirely client-side. Configuration data you paste or upload is processed locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. Pricing

ClawChart is free to use. Visualization, security auditing, skills browsing, and shareable links are available at no cost.

Downloading your edited configuration as a JSON file requires a one-time payment per download, processed via Stripe. You are charged only when you choose to download — there are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or accounts required.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of download is the price you pay.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Not use the Service to process configuration files belonging to others without their consent

You are solely responsible for the content of any configuration files you process using the Service. We do not store, log, or have access to your configuration data.

5. Intellectual Property

The ClawChart application, its source code, design, and content are owned by ClawChart and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The source code is available under an open-source license — see the project repository for details.

Skills data displayed in the Skills Directory is sourced from ClawHub and remains the property of its respective authors. ClawChart does not claim ownership of any third-party skill content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services including:

  • ClawHub — skills catalog data (clawhub.ai)
  • OpenClaw — the underlying agent framework (openclaw.ai)
  • Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions
  • OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — linked as model providers in documentation

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the security audit feature will detect all vulnerabilities in your configuration, or that the skills data is complete, accurate, or up to date. Security audits provided by ClawChart are informational only and do not constitute professional security advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawChart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, security incidents resulting from misconfigured OpenClaw setups, or service interruptions.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Payments for JSON downloads are non-refundable once the download has been initiated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please reach out via the project's GitHub repository or the contact information listed on the site.
